Our beautiful little studio is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque between Silver and Gold Avenues on the 3rd Street side of the Imperial Building.

The studio is just over 1000 square feet with six 14 foot stainless steel poles that can quickly swap between spin and static modes as well as large gorgeous mirrors spanning the length of the space.

This cherished place is the center of our community and where our students brought together by a love of embodied movement can build friendships and meaningful connections.
